No subscription fees, software licences or commercial services are purchased directly through Demorale. Accordingly, no refunds apply to use of the demonstration platform. Commercial Services Commercial deployments, enterprise subscriptions, implementation services and software licensing are provided directly by Monorale AI under separate commercial agreements. Any payment terms, invoicing arrangements and refund provisions applicable to those services will be governed by the relevant agreement between Monorale AI and the customer. Evaluation Access Monorale AI may grant demonstration access for evaluation purposes at its sole discretion. Access may be suspended, limited or withdrawn at any time.
